  2. No contract with us for rack work. Any quote, booking, payment or contract is between you and the installer. Clearline Labs isn't a party to it and doesn't guarantee availability, price, timing or quality.
  3. Information only. Prices and industrial notes on this site are general information from public sources, not a quote, engineering advice or a stamped drawing. A qualified installer must design and permit your system.
  4. Your request. Give accurate information. Don't submit requests for someone else without their permission.
  5. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Clearline Labs isn't liable for the work, equipment, conduct or charges of any installer, or for losses from relying on information on this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under Texas consumer law that can't be waived.
